As a local heating business based just outside of Exeter, we can work with customers all over Devon, and our central location allows us to be as efficient as we can in responding to your needs. We will always try to get to you as quickly as possible, especially in an emergency, and will be fair and realistic about our timings. We are also always on the end of the phone or email, and will try to support you in the meantime until our engineer reaches you.
We are an expert team with years of experience so will always help you understand what you need and how we can help.
We carry out servicing and installation across Devon, and are very happy to discuss what you might need, from regular boiler services to full heating installations.
When you request an estimate for work we take the time to get this right. We will provide a site visit, ask for customer photos where relevant, and spend time accurately understanding the problem, and the job that needs to be done. This means the estimate will be as accurate as possible; not rushed and never just plucked from the air. There won’t be hidden surprises and unexpected increased costs because we take our time to understand the job and your needs as fully as we can.
