Hourly Rate Work

All our work will be priced on an individual basis as per job needs and requirements. We ensure a fair price for all our customers but please note we do need to incorporate all our overheads into our pricing to ensure our business can continue to run and thrive. As well as usual business overheads, our engineers need to complete regular training to ensure the safety and provision of the work they are carrying out is to a legal and appropriate standard and they also need to remove and dispose of waste on a regular basis.

If the site is more than 60 mins travel an additional £25 will be added to invoice total.

Estimates

Estimates are usually fairly accurate and priced accordingly however they are not a fixed price, we do need all our customers to be mindful that occasionally we can have unforeseen circumstances occur, materials can increase in price or there are additional needs uncovered during the work being carried out. If our engineer is aware the price may change, or additional costs may incur, you will be notified prior and will receive confirmation from you before we proceed.

On acceptance of the estimate a 50% deposit may be required, with full payment due on completion of works detailed in the estimate, unless otherwise agreed with the client and Devon Energy Ltd.

Estimates are valid for a period of 30 days from date of issue.

 Payment

50% deposit may be required on the overall price on acceptance of the estimate prior to the commencement of the work. Final payment is due on completion of works within 7 days, unless agreed otherwise by Devon Energy Ltd.

The customer is not entitled to withhold payment in full by reason of minor defects which can be remedied under a snagging procedure. Devon Energy Ltd will rectify these within a reasonable time of notification considering the obtaining of any necessary replacement parts. This does not affect your statutory rights.
